we’ve all been there. someone does something to make you mad, and the first thing you think about is how much you hate them/yourself/the world. you might fantasize about them losing their savings in vegas, or getting fired, or even just missing their alarm in the morning. while this can be cathartic and even fun, we can also rethink how we react to situations.
